From the depth of the seashore
You came and took my breath away
Gave me love and made me sway
With your majestic smile
Now shattered dreams, I only have
But still stand steel
And I'll always make you feel
that 'I love you' with zeal
Life may fade away, love will not,
coz dreams are there to comfort me
You will always be that Freja
Who gave me a feeling of Deja Vu.....

The Resurrection

She was weeping,her wails drown
the thunder,sweeping accros
the city streets,at a loss..
Three,two,one,the countdown
to an end,the sight of her son,
lying in a pool of blood,
conscious faces gaze and sigh...

Thirteen nights before,his first birthday
Gifts of chilled memories showered today
Frozen,she picks his severed arms
and flungs it towards the thousand germs,
gathered around the gory sight,
Sirens blare,red everywere,
but the resurrection still awaits...

Than he picks himself up,
watches his mother cry,he
feels her hand,but numb is her head,
Comes to me,I wipe his tears
We fly to a distant land
of white doves and a golden hand,
all the time praying,
give peace a chance....

The S(h)ocking Beauty

Miles of iron strips,underneath my feet,
Rolling wheels,sound erupting from beneath,
Strange faces gazing everywhere,
Smell of sweat filled the air

La Belle,she came,
with a bagful of socks she played a game,
A game which I could never understand
never in my life I had a feeling so grand

My sorrow it went up in smoke,
In matter of minutes I got soaked
in drops of joy and as I closed my eyes,
all my pain eased deep inside

As she moved on,
I stood still,as I watched her gone
my sojourn had come to an end,
Was the Shocking beauty Godsend???

When I held your hand...

When I held your hand,the sun shined
Murky waters glistened,I was overjoyed,
Ecstasy crept in,nothing else mattered,
Still remember the day,I was in tears

When I held your hand,our hearts came closer
In your mystifying eyes,I helplessly wandered
and as I danced to the tunes of love,
there were moments I truly savoured

When I held your hand,I said a silent prayer,
that we would be together and together,forever
You gave me a reason to smile,
Enriched my life and made it worthwhile

And as I still hold your hand
and walk over the golden sand,
I make a promise,Shreya ,I'll hold your hand
and walk a thousand miles till the end....

The Soldier

Fear penetrating his eyes,
I saw myself in them
Blood dripping from his forehead,he sighs
I have information, he lies
Raising my blade to kill him,
Something inside tells me to stop
A wave of sorrow grips my nerves,
I didn't know what to do
He asks for mercy
But I can't give him that
Didn't he know I'm a soldier
I have to do my duty
Don't know why I swagger
To be a loyal deputy
Questions arise inside my mind
Do I have a right to take his life?
I'm confused,confused and blind
I didn't wanna be a hero at the expense of his life
Didn't he know I'm a soldier
I had to do my duty
Don't know why I swagger

I raise my blade
Stab him in the chest
He gets a death of glory
But I die a silent death

VIOLENCE

Ther’s a boy whose story you would want to know
fuckin crazy his life,it was not a show
Violence all his life was what he saw
Grew up between guns and bombs, not any see-saw
At six he left the city with his family
Wandered around like a refugee
with just two bags and a suitcasehow far could they go???
And then came the bolt from the blue
A bomb ripped up his dad,he had no clue
The boy grew up,till he was eighteen
Blood in his eyes,he wanted to kill’em
Revenge was what he lived for
He wanted to kill his father’s tormentor
For Gods sake please stop the violence
Because it kills the innocence
Save the world,I shout to the heavens
Why I have been forsaken???
I feel like I’m having an aneurysm
I slash my wrists, Goddam
Time stands still I loose my soul
Was this my ultimate goal??
